• Being contacted by OWNMRK LLC by email regarding your CDL training inquiry
• Having your contact information shared with CDL training programs in our network
• Being contacted by those CDL training programs by phone or email regarding enrollment opportunities

This consent is not a condition of any purchase or enrollment. You are not required to consent to be contacted as a condition of receiving any service.

3. How You May Be Contacted

After submitting your information you may be contacted via:

• Email from OWNMRK LLC
• Phone or email from CDL training programs in our network

Note: We currently do not send automated or AI-generated text messages. If this changes in the future, this page will be updated and additional consent will be obtained where required.

4. How to Opt Out

You may withdraw your consent and opt out of communications at any time by:

• Clicking the unsubscribe link in any email you receive from us
• Replying STOP to any text message if SMS is enabled in the future
• Emailing us at [email protected] with the subject line "Opt Out" and your name and phone number

Please allow up to 10 business days to process opt-out requests. Note that opting out of OWNMRK LLC communications does not automatically opt you out of communications from CDL schools who may have already received your information.

5. Data Sharing Disclosure

Your contact information including your name, phone number, email address, city, and CDL training interest will be shared with CDL training programs in our network. These schools operate independently and have their own contact and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for the communication practices of CDL schools who receive your information. If you wish to opt out of contact from a specific school, you must contact that school directly.

6. No Guarantee of Contact or Enrollment

Submitting your information does not guarantee that you will be contacted by a CDL school or enrolled in any training program. Results may vary. We make no representations about the availability, quality, or suitability of any CDL program in our network.
