2. No Guarantee of Services

Submitting your information through our form does not guarantee:

  • That a CDL program will be available in your area
  • That you will be accepted into or enrolled in any CDL training program
  • That any CDL program you are connected with will meet your specific needs, timeline, or budget

  • Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Schools are responsible for their own compliance with applicable telemarketing, TCPA, and consumer protection laws when contacting leads
  • Schools may not resell or redistribute lead information to third parties
  • OWNMRK LLC reserves the right to terminate service for any school that violates these terms or applicable law

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information on our website.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OWNMRK LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of income, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed $100.
